August 16, 2026 Dr. Amari Benton Trustee Peachtree Sports Medicine Trust Re: Letter of Inquiry — Sports Medicine Education (opp_sports_med_ed) Dear Dr. Benton, Capital Forge League, Inc. requests consideration of an $18,000 sports-medicine education grant. We are a Florida 501(c)(3). Enrollment is open. We do not take equity in participant ventures. The helmet structural integrity screening platform determines service fitness and creates a serialized record. It does not reduce impact severity. No injury-prevention claim is made. The education product is open-enrollment workshops for student-athletes and veterans on equipment literacy, rehabilitation pathways, and household finance.
