This zip is turnkey. Unzip on the InMotion VPS. Do not rewrite it.

1. Read deploy/CHECKLIST.md
2. Read CFL_InMotion_VPS_Deploy_Guide_Lavish.docx (also in this zip)
3. Unzip into /home/USER/cfl
4. npm ci
5. cp deploy/inmotion.env.sample .env   (fill domain, secret, Neon)
6. npm run build:vps
7. npm run db:migrate
8. pm2 start deploy/ecosystem.config.cjs
9. Point nginx at port 3000 (deploy/inmotion.nginx.conf)
10. curl http://127.0.0.1:3000/api/health

If the box is under 2 GB RAM: build on a laptop (npm ci && npm run build:vps),
copy .output up, skip step 6 on the VPS.

Do not run next build. Do not run npm run dev as production.

What went in today (education first):
- Donor desk: studio projects on top (Thermal Suture Cutter first), then seat,
  memorabilia auction, Game Day, enter the stadium last.
- Request the packet from the team = 16 yards + scoring bonus. Not the deal room.
- Tombstones never say View investment.
- Packet review is a studio tool. Donors never see “Grok on desk.”
